The method utilized to remove or repair the existing cool deck surface may involve the use of a grinding machine and a pressure washer. It is the most effective method to prepare the existing concrete surface for the new cool deck surface. Once the existing cool deck surface is removed, cracks in the concrete will be exposed. Minor cracks will be repaired and are included in the cost of the provided estimate. Major cracks will require additional work and may incur an additional charge to repair. Pool Deck Dr. cannot and will not warranty the new cool deck surface against future cracks in the existing concrete. If new concrete was poured and installed by Pool Deck Dr., the new cool deck surface will be warranted against future cracking for a period of (2) two years. By providing Pool Deck Dr. your authorization to do the work, you accept these Terms and Conditions listed above.
